About Us

PT AAKP Aneka Usaha Raya, was founded by Sigit Ardityo Kurniawan and Muhammad Badwi Majid on 23rd September 2024. Previously both were partners at Amalia Ardityo Kurniawan and Partners Law Firm (AAKP Law Firm), which subsequently initiated formation of a business entity engaged in various businesses. This step was taken in response to uncertainty in the business world, necessitating a business entity that can quickly adapt to carry out various business activities.

The company is expected to become a sandbox company, a parent company doctrine that creates business opportunities for subsidiaries to continue. This is the company founders' aspiration to become a holding company that encompasses several strong and sustainable subsidiaries. The founders' primary focus is developing market opportunities in Eastern Indonesia.
