INTEGRATED TECHNICAL TEAM OF DIRECTORATE GENERAL SEA TRANSPORTATION AND KKKS BP BERAU LTD HOLDING A MEETING

PT AAKP ANEKA USAHA RAYA - KKKS BP Berau Ltd. has held a meeting with Integrated Technical Team of Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation. The meeting discussed the results of Offshore Platform Site Survey (UBA-UBB-EGR), Pipes, and Submarine Cables that had been previously carried out together with PT AAKP Aneka Usaha Raya as well as the Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) of development plan by ITS Tekno Sains. The activity was held on22 - 23 January 2026.

PT AAKP Aneka Usaha Raya as a Subcontractor Permit Agency as a Facilitator for the activity. The results of the meeting approved the implementation of the construction of Offshore Platforms (UBA-UBB-EGR), Pipes, and Submarine Cables by following the provisions required by the Integrated Technical Team of Directorate General of Sea Transportation. The activity was attended by Representatives of SKK Migas, Representatives of BP Berau Ltd., Contractor Consortium PT Saipem Indonesia - PT Meindo Elang Indah, Subcontractors, Directorate of Sea and Shipping Guard Unit (KPLP), Directorate of Navigation, Directorate of Ports, Directorate of Traffic and Sea Transportation (Ditlala), Navigation District Type A Class I Sorong, Legal and Cooperation Section of Secretariat General of Sea Transportation, Class II Bintuni Port Organizing Unit Office, and Class III Kokas Port Organizing Unit Office. Throughout the activity, we also appointed Experts from Kalimantan Institute of Technology (ITK), Ir. Ahmad Azwar Mas'ud, S.T., M.T to accompany and provide technical direction in preparing the Building Permit planning in accordance with applicable regulations.
